Dovercheli - Dovecheli ripoff, SCAM ARTISTS Manhattan New York
I was always interested in the modeling career and one day a scout recruited me in the Staten Island Mall. I have always been offered jobs from people on the street (modeling jobs) and I always declined. But I decided once to actually go and check out Dovechelli..
I went it, they told me there was an 800 dollar photography cost fee and So I guess I had to pay. The place looked legit and so i gave them a credit card without thinkning twice. i did the photo shoot and they told me it would take a couple of weeks to hear from them.
I kept calling back months after months...and then all of a sudden the phone was shut off.... I went back a bunch of times to 550 Broadway to try and get in contact with somebody but no one ever responded. I just figured I would never pursue a career in modeling if this is how it really was. It wasnt worth it.
I still have 6 pictures out of the 2000 they shot of me, and the editing and pictures, themselves, werent that great. So I was beat out of $800 without a job, and I needed to work over time for all the money I spent and the promises they broke. I am interested in getting my money back. Please contact me ASAP, with any helpful information!

I got six pictures for 600 dollars, no comp cards, and no work. I gave up on trying to get my money back after they didn't respond to my emails and phone calls. It's a scam agency: plain and simple. I too brought my own clothes to shoot...Ben did my makeup, shot me, and took my money. I got good pictures for my book, but not the comps they promised which I was more mad about than anything. It sucks. They got my hopes up and then SQUAT. I learned later on that much worse can happen. Believe me.

Okay just for the record those scam atists were BEN and MARC! They were very unprofessional and the clothes they gave me to wear were old and dirty. I brought half of my own clothes to shoot in. I just want to catch those BASTARDS!
