Doxy Lingerie seems like I got ripped off ripoff Creve COeur, Missouri
I ordered halloween custume/shoes/other stuffs on Wed, 8 Nov 2006, but I havent got it yet. I emailed 5 times, but havent heard from them. Usually, if you order something online, there is tracking or order number..so you can track the package.
However, I dont have my tracking number. Where's my package?
Here's what I got from them in email on the date I ordered.
*PLEASE NOTE* Due to the high volume of costume orders coming in, order processing time for orders may take an additional 3-5 business days.
Please do not email us for order status unless it has been more than 14 days since you placed your order. The volume of emails we are receiving for order status updates is keeping us from shipping orders in a
timely manner. We appreciate your cooperation.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, as we start processing your order immediately.
In stock items ship within 24-48 hours.
If an item that you ordered does not specifically state that it is in stock, it is a non-stock item. Please see the expected ship time for that item.
Most non-stock items ship within 3-14 business days.
If an item is on backorder from the manufacturer, it can take 10-60 days to ship. We will ship backordered items as soon as they are available.
