These clowns are absolutely the WORST in customer service of any company we have ever dealt with. You can never reach anyone to help you. For what you pay for, you can easily get another company like SendOwl that costs less, has way more features, and they actually have CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
I spent TWO WEEKS trying to upload my products to their site, endless emails, and NOT ONE TIME DID I EVER RECEIVE AN EMAIL BACK!! BUT THEY STILL CHARGED ME!!! Come to find out, they changed their entire system without telling anyone. The products I had been sellling through them for YEARS were GONE. Their web site is so confusing, so backwards, and so deliberately hard to navigate, you can forget it.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, SPEND FIVE MINUTES AND FIND A BETTER COMPANY THAT DELIVERS DIGITAL PRODUCTS! THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN BANNED BY GMAIL, YAHOO, HOTMAIL AND ALL THE OTHER LARGE EMAIL PROVIDERS!!! SO YOUR EMAILS TO CUSTOMERS NEVER GET THERE!!! BEWARE!!!!
