As we notified you by email several times, your credit card was declined. This was due to a security code (CVV2) mismatch. Simply put, you gave us the wrong numbers from the back of the credit card, and / or the billing address being used is not correct for the card being used. If the credit card security numbers do not match your billing address, we can not process the order, as there is a higher chance this purchase could be fraudulent. We use billing address matching for all orders for the highest level of credit card security. Your credit card company may show a hold on the funds, as we tried to run the card for pre-authorization. Without the correct Card Security Code, the payment is rejected. Credit card companies release their hold on the funds a few days later. We offered you several opportunities to update your credit card information. This is a simple process that takes about 30 seconds. If this had been done when we notified you (several times), we would have a payment from you, and you would have a pool liner delivered from us. You failed to do this, and we have no payment. We can't send you a pool liner until you actually pay for it!
