Finally our complaints to the BBB have paid off! They are no longer a member and now have an unsatisfactory rating. I have my liner but it is the wrong size and not sure what to do with it. It is an aquarium style for an above ground 24 x 48 beaded liner. Its beautiful but what can I do with it. Ugh! Anyway, I ordered a liner from another company and I called them to actually talk to a real person. He laughed when I said OMG your a real live person! I got it actually on Ebay from a pool company with an impecable record. Try poolsetc! I got my liner within 48 hours! 2-3 days tops! Got it in and now my pool is up and running! Good luck to all of you who are trying to get your orders. Paula

I came home today to find that the liner arrived but only after I put in an order with another company to get another liner. I had to call and cancel that other order and now I will be charged a restocking fee! Gosh what is so wrong that a company can't keep you informed of delays. That is all I asked for. I can understand delays but not returning phone calls and messages. Thats is just not right. I will keep looking here and see if things get better with this company. Paula

I see that some have recieved thier liner after weeks of waiting. It still would have been nice to hear that there was a delay and why. I never heard anything in regards to mine. I am sure that I won't either. Anyway, I went and bought one. I got a plain one which isn't what I wanted but what I could afford. I was hoping for the aquarium one. Right now you cannot view the BBB report because it is being updated. It has been like that for more than a week. I wonder what it will say when it finally gets back up? All this company had to do is pick of a phone or email a customer to keep their minds at ease. What trouble is that? Anyway, I will be more careful next time I order off the internet.

I went to check out my email that was "wrong" at the website. I logged in to check my profile and it was fine and then I clicked on the contact us link and where it fills in my email automatically it was also correct so I am 100% sure that the "email's" that I wrote all got the same correct email address. I do not need a pool liner any longer since I already have one. So yes cancel my order! Thank you Paula

That cannot be true since my husband and my daughter both sent emails and never got a reply niether. I sent an email more than just one time and left several messages on voice mail. Not one phone call nor one email. Maybe you need more employees? I don't know the real reason but it sure wasn't that. I don't buy it! You need to make consumers feel safe when they are odering online. I was really hoping that I found a reputable company to order my supplies from. I have every right to feel scared when I get no replies. What's next was the voicemail down too? I am in business too and would never not call someone back. In online business it is extremely important to make someone feel safe to be ordering online and I just didn't feel that.

We do apologize that during the busy season for folks trying to open their pools that our phones may be hard to get through. This does occur every year as thousands of online shoppers are trying to open their pools, and would like to buy our swimming pool products at the great prices we offer. We have tried to update you via email as to the status of your online order, however it appears that you have incorrectly typed in your email address, thus you are not receiving your order status updates, other communication, etc. We will gladly cancel your order if you are dissatisfied with our services. However the root of the problem here, as far as communication goes stems from a mis-typed email address on your part.
