DPI Teleconnect is a joke!!!There are several reasons ranging from incompetent customer service representatives, dialing an 800 # before calling long distance, the company not being able to service phone jacks until 90 days, and the fact I was told that I can not receive a refund because of dissatisfaction.

I have never done business with a company that if the customer is not satisfied, then they can't receive a refund. I had my service activated on May 30, 2006 and after 2 days of service I am very dissatisfied and do not wish to continue to do business with DPI Teleconnect.

I've had numerous phone calls from telemarketers and my line has been active for 2 days. They sold my number to telemarketers as soon as I signed up for service.. And, not being able to accommodate the customer by servicing phone jacks for 3 months is absurd-leaving the only connection in my kitchen.

What about internet? What type of service is this? Pre-pay services means that you pay for the service before you use ittheir services were never used and I am not entitled to a refund.

They are rude when you try to cancel service and they keep you hold for a long time.
