Complaint Review: dr. g. peter foox - tyler Texas

 i would like to begin by saying, first of all, i am computer illiterate, i did not know that when a statement is placed on the computer, it goes world wide, my wife enlightened me. so i would like to say that my injury to my back is very serious and the doctors have advised myself to not have surgery for it could become worse. i cant imagine my back hurting me worse than it allready does, and get to live in serious pain for the rest of my life, im scared. also would like to apologize for the statements i wrote about dr. peter foox. im sure he is a very good doctor, and he sees alot of patients. he doesnt personally know me, so how could he really know how bad im injured, cuz by looking at me you cant visually see the pain im in. i know i get to suffer for my injury, mostly because of bad people faking and abusing the system. for that i get to suffer for life. i am apologizing from my heart to dr. peter foox, have no dought, he is an ultimate physician, one of the best. no, no one forced me to write this, this is a true statement. i truly wish i could find a doctor that could stop the pain im in, i have never hurt this bad in my life till i fell on 05-25-2010. please erase the previous statements i wrote and keep only this one. im going to ask dr. foox if i can move in with him since im now starving. may god bless him and the world, im praying for all.

up date:i attended a b.r.c. meeting today with a texas mutual ins. adjuster, myself and my atty. the adjuster said, lets go to court! so away we go! man, i remember when a mans good word was his bond, and a hand shake meant everything. im smart enough to know that the dishonest folks of this worl are my problem. im just hurt seriously in my lower back, burning and stinging, left elbow swells up from my wrist to my shoulders, im just honestly injured and a poor indian man, with no money to fight. i also know that anyone who reads this, doesnt really know me and to the ins. co. im a grain of sand on a beach. as it says, you pick your fights in life and this one is mine, i will stand up for my injuries, have to, cant work hurting like this. i pray honesty will prevail. i just want to go back to work, and have my quality of life back. me as an ex-police officer am continplating contacting the f.b.i. for an investigation into their corruptness. like i said, they do not know me as a man, if they did, their wouldn't be all this b.s. im just injured. and need help, simple and plain. well, may god bless, johnny

during my long process of trying to get help for my injuries, i had an m.r.i. done on approx.09-2010, the m.r.i. report didnt match the disk. dr. peter foox went off of the report written on the m.r.i. in which didnt state the injuries existed, the report was written incorrectly. had dr. foox looked at the disk, he would have seen the injuries, of course speaking with the man, i knew he had serious negitive issues. dr. stephen ofori, read the report, layed the report down, then looked at the disk and stated,2-blown disks, 3-pinched nerves. a new m.r.i. was ordered on 06-30-2011 by dr.andrew garrett,the report on this m.r.i. matched the disk, stated my whole lower back was torn all to pieces. 2-bulged disks,1-outward,1-toward the spinal cord, 1-crushed. an e.m.g. on my left elbow revealed ulner nueropathy. dr. garrett stated whoever read the 1st m.r.i. disk and wrote the report, doesn't even belong in the medical field! after looking at the 2nd m.r.i. report.any way i had the ogletree and abbott law firm representing me, and after dr. foox gave me 0% rating, they fired me. so i then hired the casaubon law firm, they believed in me and god bless them! we will be going to a b.r.c. meeting on 11-1-2011 and i pray the truth will come out, and i can get help for my injuries, so i can go back to work.they say the insurance doctor holds presumptive weight, i pray this is not true, i cant see a lie winning over the truth. im leaving it in gods hands. my atty. says dont worry, but thats hard to do when im struggling financially.

dr. g. peter foox was a company Doctor. You said you have a lawyer, what does he say about the different diagnoses?

to the person,whom asked if i had to dodge helicopters, i really dont understand why you have to be so critical of me, simply because i live in waurika. but dont get me wrong, im not really fond of admitting i live here. im originally from w.f. texas, landed in waurika 14yrs. ago after my older brother was killed in an m.v.a., to take care of my grandmother he was taking care of, that lived here also. i met an angel from california that landed here in waurika,married her,she allready had a home bought here, so be it, been here since. yep, lots of fruits and nuts here, but im not one of them.

I have it on good authority (from sources in Phenix City, AL) that all of these Waurika posts are totally accurate.   :-)))))))

Did you have to dodge the local LEO's , the black helicopters and neighborhood watch groups other "citizens" of Waurika have reported?

It's hard to take any ROR from Waurika seriously.
