I have used the Dr. Miracles Hair growth products for over 1 year not. I use the 2-in-1 Shampoo & Conditioner, the Anti-Breakage Strengtening Cream, the Temple and Nape Balm, the Medicated Conditioner, and the Hot Gro air & Scalp Conditioner. I have not seen any results in my hair groth or condition, as a matter of fact, at one point, my heair was shedding extensively, and my hair was weak, brittle, and broke off very easily, not to mention that my hair looked and felt heavy and oily and did not behave very well. I was told to give the product time to repair my hair, so I did give it one full year.

As of right now, I have been using another product and my hair has been revitalized to where it was before I used Dr. Miracles, it looks and feels alot better, and I have come to the final condlusion that it does nto work for me. Dr. Miracles make a guarantee that the product will work or your money back, and this product line is not cheap. The items are relatively expensive, and I have spent alot of money, with no results. My mother has been using the products for the same length of time, and used the same products because I strongly recommended it to her after it was recommended to me. She has complained of not seeing results as well, so she wrote a letter to the address on the bottle, only to find out that is their distributution address, and the letter was returned. My mother and I are requesting our money back for all the products we have purchased, and we are having ahard time getting in touch with someone. I even emailed them a complaint, and recieved NO response. I would like someone to resolve this

I have not filed a Rip-Off Report on these people yet, because I am in the middle of a problem with them right now; but I just decided to look them up on here to see if they have any reports filed against them, and I came across yours. I ordered like 4 products from them about 2.5 weeks ago, because I heard they had good products. They are right in the United States, so I don't know what the hold-up is. Not only have I NOT received my products yet, I haven't even heard anything back from them. Their website was sooo disorganized. When I tried to order, as soon as I clicked on the button to pay (after I had already entered my credit card information), the whole website just froze up. Of course, I didn't want to keep clicking the "Pay" button, because I didn't want to be charged more than once. Finally, after about 20 minutes of it being frozen, I clicked the "Refresh" button like 2 or 3 times (I was still worried about being charged more than once, from doing that). And then, a screen popped up that said my order had already been processed. I looked all over the website for a contact number, a customer service email address, SOME FORM of contact, so that I could contact someone to make sure I was not charged more than once. NOTHING. Finally, hidden at the bottom of one of their pages, I found some form to contact them. The form was VERY disorganized and unprofessional. Still, I tried to type in my information; but when I tried to send it, I kept getting a message back, saying that it could not be sent. So I had NO way to contact them!! A couple days later, I got an electronic receipt. All it said was my order total. It didn't tell me when to expect my order or anything like that. So I waited a week after I received that receipt, and I still had not received anything. I tried to use the same form again, and, this time, it went through. A lady named Lena responded right away, and she said she couldn't even find a record of an order with my email address! So I sent her the receipt I got from them. She seemed very helpful, and she took my information, and said she would get back to me. Well, that was a week ago.... I have emailed her THREE TIMES since then on different days, and she has not even responded. Of course, they have NO WAY for you to contact them. No email address, no phone number, no address, no NOTHING. The ONE email address I DO have (for Lena), no one will respond to. I have not even been charged for this order yet, and it's been almost 3 weeks! And I haven't received anything. I have a feeling that I may get charged sometime in the FAR future for these products. This is wayyyy too much of a hassle! Some hair products (that apparently don't even work) are not even worth all of this trouble! Not being able to contact ANYONE.... Worrying about when I'll be charged for this.... Waiting 3 weeks for my order to be delivered.... It's crazy. If someone has questions about their orders, or even general questions or comments about the products, they have NO WAY to reach anyone! That's insane! And, probably the only reason they offer a "Money Back Guarantee" is because they know that you'll have no way to reach them any way! I will NEVER order from them again!
