Weiss, M.D. (“Plaintiff”) has initiated an action in the Superior Court of Orange County, California, cause number 30-2015-00789525-CU-DF-CJC (“the Action”), due to allegedly false statements made by “doctot’s assistant,” “Dr. Richard Alan Weiss” from June 3, 2014, and “Dr. Richard Alan Weiss” from June 4, 2014.  In the Action, Plaintiff seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC for your identifying contact information to be sent to Slovak Baron Empey Murphy & Pinkney LLP at: 1800 E. I saw a patient recently that was very messed up by Dr. Richard Alan Weiss of Newport Beach, CA

She told me the long story of what happened   The bottom line is Dr. Weiss is at fault.  He shouldn't assumed anything and 

made assumptions like that.  My  boss is  an oculoplastic surgeon and I am his assistant.   At first we didn't bellieve her story of what happened

to her face. She told us  she paid Dr. Weiss $1800 for Asian eyelids revision and nothing else  This happen years ago and the 

strange/weird  surgery he done to her without her informed consent aged her badly.   This lady has man made furrow lines 

all over he top half of her face.  At close examination  the doctor and I can see all the stitch markings.  I can see more than 5 stitch marks 

without having to get close to her to inspect.  There are  large dimples made above her eyebrows  along with man made

wrinkles that stretched across her  forehead to the tail end of her brows, then  the man made  wrinkles swing downward.

I can  see a lot of damages  to her skin from this surgeon.  I cannot understand why Dr. Weiss would think anyone want to 

look like that??????  It does look like to me that Dr. Weiss done surgery to create advance aging.  The look is also like when

someone has a very emotional face made static on a face.    This makes no sense!!!!!!   There are also man made dents on 

her forehead  This patient has very severe damages to her eyelids.  My boss

cannot fix that kind of  damages even if she has enough skin.  It is beyond  believe that Dr. Weiss also created

 

"11" between her brows.  I stretched the deep man made wrinkle open and see two stitch marks and a surgical scar.  All the lines on her forhead is man made.  

 

My boss is a very respected and well known oculoplastic surgeon. I work for him for over a decade now and he only do

several surgerical procedures  a day and always allow for plenty of time for each surgery.  .

 

Lastly she show me her before eyelid photos,  then  the asymmetry problem from Dr. B. and then Dr. Richard Alan

 

Weiss's pre-surgery photo to correct asymmetry.  It was dated in Spring of 1992 with his assistant's hand writing.

I cannot imagine what this lady has gone through and her courage to tell her story  .

I can see where all the cuts, stitch marks, and man made wrinkle area has hypo pigmentation even though she told us 

she used bleaching cream  to ligthen it.   On her right forehead and eye area has way more damages than 

the left part of her face.   I didn't want to say too much, but from side profile you can see a lot of man made horitzonal

and long vertical lines on her forehead.  

 

Her story  is the worst my boss ever encountered .  She told us she didn't look at her forehead much since her eyeliids has so much scars to it.  By the time she did see what happen to her forehead it was over 3 years time.  We felt really bad for her because we know she told us the truth .  I suggested her to video tape her upper part of the face with a really good camcorder to show the damages and zoom in close so people c an see it is stitch marks that created all those wrinkles and 11's on her face.   

 

She told us she came to us for advise for what can be done to improve the ugliness on her face.   We just have to tell her there is not much except  for trying to fix the eyelids to be less wrinkle and the scars cannot be remove.  

 

She told us she will visit several more highly respected doctors so they can confirm to future patients of her horrible story

is real and not fake as Dr. Weiss recently denied on the web.  Our Patient feel Dr. Weiss is  a bully and removed her review on yelp in 2007 . she was Dr. Weiss first reviewer.  She is not anonymous & Dr. Weiss knows who is is.  Yelp is notorious for removing reviews.  I do not believe what this lady said about Dr. Weiss on her complaint is slanderous at all.  You people should see what he done to the top half of her face!!!  I feel so bad for her  and Dr. Weiss should be behind bars.  I would consider what he done to her forehead  a crime.   Not all doctors are bad and do plastic surgery for money, but this doctor Weiss is CRAZY..................................

 

 I am her witness and I do believe her 100%.  This is just horrible what Dr.Weiss done to her face

and not accepting responsiblity for something that is so horrible.   If someone comes into our office for eyelids that is the

only area of the face we touch.  We do not get creatvie like Dr. Weiss.  Why would anyone want to have a very emotional face created on their faces statically???   She told us Dr. Weiss asked her to pick a picture from a magazine in his office.  The picture was Carol Alt from side profile.  Carol ALt's side profile eyelids is not wide like other models and it was more on the narrow side, She show him the picture for the height of the crease and not for Carol Alt's very emotional face which Dr. Weiss without informed consent craved onto her face statically.  Dr. Weiss need to take accoutability for such a mess he made on her face.  She paid for eyelids surgery and he has no business of touching anywhere else.  I am wondering is Dr. Richard Alan Weiss a drug and alchohol abuser?????    Any sane person wouldn't have done this to  our patient.

However, I have reason to suspect that this is a completely fake review. For quite some time, several previous patient of more than 4 years ago has been posting (under multiple aliases) extremely negative, completely untrue, slanderous and even profane reviews about myself, my surgical skills, even my family and office in literally hundreds of locations and for various reasons I believe that this is one of the fake reviews written by one of those people. . It is clear from the tone and diction that the patient is extremely upset. I sympathize deeply but want to make it clear again that these vicious postings are COMPLETELY untrue. I cannot remember for certain that I have  had any patients that has even close to the type of result that these patients are claiming.  I didn't take their after surgery photos & maybe wanted so badly to  forget.   In over 26 years I have never had a single legal judgment or settlement against me. I find these comments particularly concerning because I have always prided myself with providing the highest level of ethical health care. This doctor sounds greedy than good to me, but of course that is my opinion. How can he be a humanitarian when he caused harm to others??? I thought all doctors take the hippocratic oath of doing no harm to others??? I guess greed takes over Dr. Richard Alan Weiss soul. Maybe he sold his soul to the devil for a luxury lifestyle???

Dr. Richard Alan Weiss of Newport Beach, CA  is a self-proclaimed expert for eyelids comestic surgery.  If you like to go to an office that is flooded with mostly aging witches that get frequent botox shots on their whole faces, but ended up looking like someone with a stroke, then Dr. Richard Alan Weiss is the place to visit.   If you like Joyce Wildenstein surgical face, then Dr. Richard Weiss is the person you need to see to get that odd looking face.   I visited him for a free consultation before.  I am my gutt feeling told me to run, run, and run.

I used Dr. Weiss for scar revision since I saw so many wonderful reviews on Yelp.  He made my scar longer and uglier looking.  The  scar now looks more noticeable than ever.  Dr. Weiss is not qualify to do scar revision. Dr. Weiss had mislead me to believe he is trained in this procedure and had over 30 years of experience doing it.   Avoid him at all cost.   

I noticed Dr. Richard Alan Weiss of Newport Beach, Ca has too many youtube videos.  It looks like he is really try hard to sell his skills.  He is an eye doctor, with some additional training in eye tumor surgery.   His training in oculoplastic surgery is so little that I wouldn't recommend anyone to him either.  I rather go to the doctors that really have the skills  and not  the ones that write wonderful things about himselves and place it on the internet as though someone else wrote it . 

I won't go to a doctor like Dr. Weiss  that over advertise.  This usually mean he is not good and need to get clients using fake testimonals and ads.  I saw him a few times and decided that he is not into taking care of  eye  medical condition. He is into comestic surgery that is lucrative.  I couldn't believe an eye doctor doing skin laser and all kinds of other comestic related work???? What the F*ck?  It does look like he wants to abandon his field and be a plastic surgeon.  But I don't see the qualification.     

I don't blame u for writing this about Dr. Richard Alan Weiss of Newport Beach, Ca.  He appears to be a charming person, but all that charm is just to steal our hard earn dollars  in return for nothing.  I must say he is a very smart businessman doing charity work to get free advertisement.   He did appeared to be a caring doctor at consultation, but talk is cheap as I found out too late.  I spent thousands of dollars in hoping to fade my freckles on my face and neck.  Dr. Richard Weiss told me it will take several procedures, so I was willing to do it to improve my appearance.  I am very fair skin.  After several procedures, thousands of dollars   and almost a year later, my freckles did not fade like the way Dr. Weiss told me .  All that money for nothing. On top of that severe pain and lots of down time away from work makes me post this on the internet to let others be awared!!!
