Complaint Review: Dramatic Smiles - Internet Internet

Everything that I have stated above regarding Star Teeth Whitening and Dramatic Smiles is absolutely true.  But I do want to place an update & state that I have received my order today.  I ordered it January 25th & received it today, January 27th.  

The product looks as advertised.  You would think it would come with a book/manual but instead it came with one piece of paper with directions.  Maybe that is all that is needed...?  I cannot comment on how well the product is as I have yet to use it.  

Just wanted to let consumers know that Star Teeth Whitening seems to be affiliated with Dramatic Smiles & that I do not doubt for a minute that they (Dramatic Smiles) may have screwed people over by not shipping their order.  Their customer service seems non-existent.  The customer service phone number provided on their website goes directly to a Sprint cellular number.

So, I would take these complaints & comments in to consideration before ordering from them.  

I am happy that I have received my product within 2 days of order with free shipment from Star Teeth Whitening.  So, per my experience, this is a legit company but at the same time I feel like I am one of the lucky ones to not have gotten screwed over! 

It is scary to know that there was no way of me tracking my shipment or contacting anyone to confirm that they are indeed shipping me my order.  That, to me, is not good business.

Hi, I just ordered a whitening kit for $79.95 from Star Teeth Whitening online site (starteethwhitening.com).  The site seemed legit & I could not find anything negative via a google search regarding this company.  So, I went ahead with my order.

Once ordered was placed, I printed my confirmation page & received two emails from the company.  One from Star Teeth Whitening confirming my order & then one from a Matt Whittchow also confirming my order.  The thing that concerned me was that Gmail alerted that Matt's email address isn't a Gmail account even though his email address states gmail.com.  

I then checked out Dramatic Smiles being that Star Teeth Whitening mentions them as a great product.  Dramatic Smiles website looks exactly like Star Teeth Whitening.  Star Teeth Whitening does not provide a phone number but Dramatic Smiles site does.  855-77-WHITE.  When I called, it has two options, press 1 to order press 2 for customer service.  BOTH options go straight to a Sprint Cellular voicemail.  Very shady.

Someone else on this Ripoff site has filed a complaint about Dramatic Smiles stating that he found Dramatic Smiles address to belong to a couple with the last name Whittchow (same as the person who emailed me my confirmation; Matt Whittchow).

Star Teeth Whitening's site states in order to receive tracking info on order one must fill out their Transfer Info request form.  I click on that link & it states that the form is "under construction - to come back later".  Same thing is stated when I click on the refunds/returns link.

Dramatic Smiles has a "F" rating on the BBB site.  

I am now highly concerned.  I am unable to comment on whether this place is in fact a scam being that I just placed my order today.  Hopefully, I receive my order in a timely manner.  I have emailed the provided email address for tracking info requesting info without a response.  I will keep everyone updated.

One question to the author of this complaint... you have placed an update stating you received your order.  Was it a quality product as advertised?

I placed my rip off report Monday 2-14-11 & wouldn't you know when I got home that night I had a package from them & sure enough it was my order. I placed this order weeks ago & there is nothing on the website that tells you that you have to wait this long to get your order. It says most orders are shipped within 24 hours.

I hope that everyone else receives what they ordered. Unfortunately they send it so late that you cannot send it back & get a refund (your 30 days is already over when you get it)

On Feb. 7, 2011 I made a purchase of 132.80 on the web site for Dramatic Smiles. and still no package was sent. My story is the same as the rest no contact information and no phone numbers on their web site. I sure hope something is done about this company and the web site removed before this happens to more people.
