Drive Financial Company Of Texas santander simple intrest lone and was never told before signing Internet, Internet
Interested in the class action lawsuit against drive financial if there is one.the company gave me a simple intrest laon and never said that was the type of loan they were giving me.High intrest rates,call 5 times a day,hang up on me if they dont hear what they want to.Dont send me anything in the mail that i request after telling me that there sending it.the company can't refinance after telling me they could at the beginning of my loan.Dont offer defferment's.Then they won't take $800 off pay off if i paid it that day.and told me that i could send them the whole pay off amount but that i was not gariented to get my title.their best advise was to surrender me vehicle and they will sell it and give me a bill for the rest left over.

All the problems you are having is because you are not living up to your end of the contract. PAY YOUR BILLS ON TIME.
