DriveTime Overpriced vehicle..Ripped Off Pensacola Florida
Overpriced vehicle..I'm paying over $440/mo for 2015 Chevorlet Equinox LT, $30,000 with 93,000 at purchase on 2/4/18. VVT Solenoid went out & car stopped pulling & would cut off. I called DriveTime, Bridgecrest & SilverRock because I purchased extended warranty & they refused to fix me vehicle. Want me to pay for towing, diagnostic ($100), plus still pay car payment. I already paid over $3,000 for an extended warranty for me to now find out solenoid isn't covered though car isn't running anymore. Just purchased vehicle 4mos ago. This isn't right to take advantage of ppl just because they're in process of rebuilding credit.
