So my father and I BOTH signed up for this awful service. They shipped us modems, we set them up, and NEITHER one worked. In both cases, we were run around between tech support reps, customer service people, and a whole slew of people who just have no clue what they are doing.

One of the tech support reps actually told me to reset my modem and then said "then I don't know what the problem is, but it ain't gettin fixed tonight."

The thing is, you sign a contract, which they attempt to hold you to even if they can't get the service working, stating that you have an "internal wiring" issue that you need to hire an electrician to fix.

I actually had to fight tooth and nail and get the CEO on the phone to get this taken care of.

They actually tried to tell me they couldn't transfer me to him, because he is on a "different phone system." The above number will get you RIGHT TO HIS DESK.
