On December 11, I ordered a DVD boxed set from DVDGator.com for $49.  I received an email confirming the sale and the sale was posted to my credit card on December 13.  The confirmation indicated delivery in 1-3 weeks.   On February 7 (some 7 weeks after the order) I emailed DVDGator reporting that my package had never arrived.  I recieved a response from Gordon Kennedy, Customer Supprt Manager, reporting that the package had been returned and was being resent through USPS and should arrive within 3-5 working days.  It has now been 7 working days.  I have checked with my post office for the package, thinking that it might be caught up there, but it has not arrived.  I notice various other scam reports for Gordon Kennedy at DVDtiger.com and DVDmoose.com.
