DVDTiger DVDTiger an online scam Internet

Five weeks ago I ordered a dvd, "Spenser for Hire",  from DVDTiger online. My credit card was charged, with the tag "Rogers is Consulting."
I have tried to email them, with no answer. If you try to go to the website (DVDTiger.com), it is no longer available. It looks like they took my money and ran.
