Here is the complete emails with this fraudulent company, most recent first. Read bottom to top please, to get the correct order of responses. I have removed my last name, otherwise these are just as they were received. I did not include my very last email, because after all the stalling, and lies from these crooks, I lost it, and told them just what I thought of them.

I am not going away, Mr. Kennedy. Like I told you before, this was my wife and I Christmas present to each other, and is a lot of money to us. I think your previous emials were just a stall. I am retired, and have a lot of time to go after DVDTiger.com, if that is what you would like me to do. Why don't you do the decent thing, and take care of this.

Our supplier has been closed until Jan 7th, we will have your replacements shortly.

It's been a few weeks, can you give me an update on if you got the replacement shows from your supplier? Maybe I am too anxious. What would be the time frame for getting this done?

Mr. Kennedy,
I have checked all the discs as you requested, and found the following:

The first box of Discs Numbers 1 thru 18 by Columbia TriStar and Sony Home Entertainment, are all excellent quality, with the exception of Disc #7, that does not show a maker, and only contains ONE show.

The second box of Discs Numbers 19 thru 37, are ALL recorded off of TV Land, and are of low quality. Some Discs the picture freezes on. Also, Disc #19 is BLANK. Another way to see this is, Season's 7, 8, and 9 all need to be replaced.

However, if they are not going to be of that high quality a picture, then I would request a return of all discs for a full refund. Believe me, I would prefer just getting good quality replacements.

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with some of the DVD's.

Obviously your 100% satisfaction is our #1 priority so ALL defective discs will be replaced for FREE. There is no rush or expiry date for replacements so take your time, go through all the discs, and then let us know which ones have problems. We'll replace them Free of charge.

We await your response with ALL the defective Disc #'s and then we'll contact our supplier to have the replacements shipped out to you.

NOTE: When you contact us, please confirm the EXACT DISC #'s that are defective so we make sure to replace them ALL.
