Earlier this week my husband had gotten a call from Dynamic credit services, saying that he could have a credit card with a 2500 limit for only a one time fee of 296. Seeing as though he filed bankruptcy a year ago its been hard for him to get credit. So he jumped on the opportunity. He got the guys name "Colon Brown" and a number so he could directly get him again if he needed to call "NS372"...so it seemed real.

Well 2 days later a company called Clear Choice (18664633421) had called saying he could choice a visa, or a mastercard and for a one time fee of $239.95 and they would send him a packet and he could choose the bank and the interest rate where he would like his card to go through. So once again he jumped on the opportunity. He took this mans name "Dave Thompson" ext: "39" Well then the following day ANOTHER company called...

and now i was starting to get suspicious the man was pushy and rude when my husband told him he was already recieving 2 cards and he wasn't interested in another right now. So I got online and did some research on these companys thanks to "ripoff" i found a page on the dynamic credit services, still nothing on the clear choice but im sure its a scam too. Hopefully when i go to the bank in the morning i can close my account or put a hold on everything.

Clear Choice victims need to file a compliant with the FTC, as they are :complaint driven", in other words, no complaints. no actions. Same goes for Dynaamic as above but include PhoneBusters in your complaints as it orginiating from canada. [email protected] or 1-888-495-8501

I was contacted by a company called Premier Credit Solutions back in September or October of last year. They asked for $99 for fees and would send the suspicious packet. I agreed and never received anything from them. I tried contacting them without any avail and finally chalked it up to a loss. Then on June 6th, I was contacted by Clear Choice Credit Solutions. This company represented themselves as partners with my bank and had all of my banking information on record which made them seem viable. DONT FALL FOR IT!!! The representative had told me that the fee of $239.95 would be payable in 12 installments of $20 per month and I could pay it without the money being drafted from my account. Last week I found out that my bank account was $240 short and I immediately took action. Once bitten makes for twice shy. I went to my bank and informed them that I had not authorized this draft. I contacted Clear Choice and told them immediately that I wanted a refund of my money. Clear Choice said that my packet had just been mailed...almost the end of the deadline of guarantee of receiving within 14 business days...and that as soon as I received the packet...to return it along with a copy of the canceled check and a copy of my bank records showing where the money was taken from my account. When I gave this information to my bank representative...they immediately said "NO". They told me to never send a copy of my bank statement to anyone and began the process needed to have my funds returned. It was also recommended to me from my bank rep to close that bank account which I did immediately following the clearing of all outstanding checks. Clear Choice sends the draft from your account through as a check like you signed it. If your bank does as mine, there will be a photocopy of the check front and back. It shows who Clear Choice banks with (Sunfirst Bank) and their account number. I signed an affidavit stating that I never authorized the funds to be drafted and my bank called me this morning to let me know that they received the funds in the amount of $240 back from Sunfirst Bank and deposited this money back into my account. Clear Choice double talks their way around the fees and such and even in the recording process stopped and started the recording several times as I would begin to ask questions. Those recordings can be doctored by the way to make it sound as if you agreed to something you never agreed to...DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO...GO TO YOUR BANK AND TELL THEM TO GET THE PAPERWORK READY...AND FILE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF IT IS AT ALL POSSIBLE. All Clear Choice is really sending you is a credit card application that will never be approved. They are falsifying and misrepresenting in everything they say. And to top it all off...I had been getting phone calls for three weeks, 5-10 x's a day for my husband and this company wouldn't leave a message. I finally let him talk to them to see what they wanted...and low and behold...it is this Dynamic Credit Services....I immediately asked her if they have a web site, she said no...I did a google search and look what I found. Suprise Suprise!!! Not in the least...It appears the rip-off prices are climbing. Just last month it was $240 and today this company said it is $298. Whatever you do...do not ever pay for a credit card with a check by phone or draft. And whatever you do...get your phone off the open market for telemarketers. If you are wondering where these companies get their targets from...they buy denied applications from legitimate creditors and then target us with those reports. They also buy credit reports from the famous credit reporting agencies like Equifax. I don't think I will be applying for credit with anyone for a very long time. I have a new bank account and by the time I trust anyone with any of my information, I will have paid off my old debts and acquired the needed credit for what I will need it for. I don't need a credit card...I can pay cash. The only thing I need financed is my home and cars. I have that already. And guess what...after 7 years...your credit report starts over...So hang in their everyone...we can make it through without credit...it is trouble..and these companies have proven that time and time again.
