These people lie. I was promised google ad sense of which I paid for. Was told that google would contact me directly with in two weeks of purchase to set up the ad sense account. Never heard from Google called the the # they gave me and it was disconnected. Called my credit card company to dispute the charges and was hit with their contract that specifically states they have1 year to deliver, therefore I could not dispute till that time. 7K and I've been being charged interest the whole time. Their contract also gives a ph# that is not a business # it is a personal phone of which I called repeatedly and got chewed out.

I tried to dispute the charges immediately but it fell on deaf ears and disconnected phones. I contacted my credit cards company promptly and they found in favor of e-business financial because the contract says they have One year to deliver. So I waited the year and followed the cancellation procedure with in the thirty day window with a certified letters to the business address I was given,and the one that my credit card company had contacted them with. "925 W. Baseline Rd., Tempe, AZ 85283" was refused unable to forward. The other certified letter was to a residential address in Mesa, AZ and it was signed for.
I had never heard the name Mike Laurendeau until I received a letter from the AZ Attorney Generals Office. Apparently he wrote them a To whom it may concern letter stating they had completed and done the services and that my credit card company had found in their favor and of course they never received the cancellation notice. All with some additional pages about Google Adsense Online Standard Terms and conditions.
Their specific agreement with me was that they were using my $7,000.00 to purchase Google Adsense on my behalf which was never done. An additionally proof of the 50K Guaranteed targeted visitors was never provided to me. Actually, I have not spoken to anyone from this company since the initial contact when they got my credit card #. The phones have not functioned and/or disconnected since the first week I entered into this agreement.
At this point it looks as though I will never receive my money back from these crooks and will have to spend more to try and fight them in court which of course I can not afford to do, so in essence THEY WIN!
and I, the poor gullible believe everybody to be honest consumer LOSES!
My Attorney General can not do anything. Arizona Attorney General can not go anything further nor the Arizona BBB. I realize the agency can not represent individual consumers but if enough of us complain it can be reviewed to see if this business has violated Arizona consumer protection statutes and then maybe just maybe the FTC will get involved.
