E-Electronics - Topfetch - Haia Nayber ripoff, cashed my check and never delivered the product Brooklyn New York
I purchased a TASCAM CC-222 for 596.00 from Haia Nayber in January 04. I ran into him via Ebay. I wanted to purchase this item, but I wanted to find out does he ship to APO addresses. By the time the response came, the item had closed on Ebay. Later I emailed him and offered to pay for it.
He sent me a message back saying it would cost 30.00 for shipping. I agreed to pay the ammount and I sent him a check for it. I emailed him on the 26th of Janunary wanting to know if he had shipped my item and reminding him to put insurance on it. He replied that he had to wait 10 business days for the check to clear.
That was the last I heard from. I email him more than 30 times at more than 6 different email addresses, but he never replied. I decided to do some research on him in April and I found this website and that he had been discontinued at Ebay. I took the number provided by your website and tried to contact him. He never answered the phone. He simply disregarded my Emails and voicemail messages.
Haia Nayber is clearly out to ripoff people, if they will let him. Please help me to recover my money. Please stay away from his business.
