E-Electronics - Topfetch - Haia Nayber ripoff dishonest back-stabbing ebay seller Brooklyn New York
On November 7th, I had purchaced a "Brand new in the box factory sealed" Pioneer CDJ-800 from this person off eBay. There were a resonable amount of positive feedbacks and the person was willing to ship to a military FPO address (which is sometimes hard to find).
I mailed him a bank draft for the agreed amount $565 ($545 + $20 shipping). On December 1st, I finally received an email stating: "Your check for the pioneer has cleared and we need to ship this. The problem is the shipping to an APO address is an extra $20. Please paypal this to [email protected] so we can ship asap. Thanks!"
I belived this was a resonable request as shipping can be quite expensive for heavy items, so I complied. A couple weeks later I emailed him asking if it was shipped yet and never got an answer.
Item FINALLY arrived Christmas Eve. And come to find out the postage sticker on the box said $12.65!! No insurance and no delivery confirmation that could've raised the price. I never received feedback from this person, so being a rookie eBayer that I was, and still am, I left positive feedback first, in hopes that he would reciprocate. But NO! Instead I get smacked with a Non-Paying Bidder Alert as a reward!
I have emailed this person several times asking him to remove this alert on me. What is he hoping I'll do? Send him another $585!? I've also tried calling the number, but all I get is voicemail.
I have submitted my appeal to eBay sending them the above email as proof and I'm still waiting on a response and for this alert to be lifted before my account is suspended. Will be contacting BBB and/or Internet Fraud Complaint Center about this as well.
