On Friday July 15, 2016, I purchased a White 2005 Nissan Murano from a salesman named Sam. It had some repairs that he said he would fix. He stated that he would order the parts and I could come back on next week to have them repaired, or have his mechanic look at it again. A few of them were to replace the two front tires that were worn, tighten up the dash board on the driver's side that keeps falling down in my face, repair the door lock on the front passenger side, order a knob for the dash board, repair the compartments in between the front seats, and replace the rubber around the two back windows, that was coming a loose. When I called him the following Monday, July 18, 2016, he stated that he was still waiting on the parts to come in, and stated that he would call me back when they arrived.
I have called several times since, and was informed that he had gone on vacation, so I left several messages, but he has not returned any of my calls. Since I was unable to contact him or the mechanic to check on the parts or a noise that it was making, I took it to a Nissan Dealership to have a diagnostic test performed on it and found that the engine has so many oil leaks that it is about to go out, the brakes are worn out, the tires are now splitting, a flap fell off from one of the wheels,and the horn has stopped working. My first payment was due, so I called the company that I was told had agreed to finance my loan, CIG Financial, and found out they never approved it.
My temporary tags expired on Monday, July 29, so I went to renew it at the tag office, and found that the dealership has never completed the paperwork, so they could only issue me another temporary tag for 30 days. The Carfax report was incorrect. This man has lied so much and is not returning any of my calls. I would like to request a full refund of my $1,500.00, along with the $109.00 for the diagnostic test, and all money invested in trying to keep this car in safe running condition. The VIN number is JN8AZ08T85W302976. The Registered agent Mr.Farzad Ghasemshahi, License number #UCAR041010 needs to be shut down and that is my goal.
