Complaint Review: Earthie Indigo -

The person who goes by the pseudonym, Earthie Indigo, markets herself and persona, as this young, innocent, gracious and sweet girl, who just wants to help everyone. I’ve watched her videos over the past couple of years, not exactly sure what to make of her psychic or channelling abilities, because she almost exclusively reads celebrities that are either deceased or alive, but without any real way to check her claims or the accuracy of her readings, which often times are very scattered and vague. But, yet, I understand that she channels more so, than read cards or is psychic, so, I gave her a benefit of a doubt and was curious as to her abilities, although the first red flag for me, was her very low prices and even lower “specials “ pricing, that she oftentimes push. But, I chalked it up to her marketing and branding spin, that she makes it affordable so that anyone can get a reading, because she is so nice and wants to help people. NOT!!

Well, with her recent promotion and pushing of her special pricing, I decided to give her a try. Instead of her normal 3 questions for $10, she had a special for 3 questions for $5. How can you go wrong with that pricing? I don’t know, but it did. On Earthie’s website it states that for 3 question orders placed, you will receive an audio recording within 48 hours of purchase. I paid the nominal fee of $5 and waited patiently. When I didn’t receive my audio reading, in 48 hours, I didn’t sweat it and even four days later, I kindly sent an email to confirm that she received my payment and email with my three questions. I was polite and understanding that she may be backed up with orders. I only asked that she let me know what was going on and when should I receive the reading (some questions are time sensitive)? Earthie never responded to my email. I then waited another week or so, and sent her another email, explaining it was about ten days since I submitted my payment and questions and I haven’t received my audio reading, a response or explanation of what’s going on. Again, Earthie, never responded and that’s when the reality hit me, that she doesn’t really care about people, she is very sneaky and manipulative. She collected my money and others and ghosted us.

I found it odd that she kept promoting her special and didn’t keep up with fulfilling the orders placed, but yet, kept collecting people’s money and not responding to people’s emails, yet she has their money. I heard her previously trying to gain sympathy, stating that she doesn’t have an assistant and it’s just her, which is no excuse. If she is so backed up and can’t reply to emails, then why does she continue to heavily promote her specials and continue to collect more money and accept my readings and orders, knowing she can’t fulfill back orders? Because it’s a money grab and her attitude, has been once you pay, you’re not getting your money back and she’ll get to you when she gets to you or NOT. She even had the nerve to make three recent videos that I’m sure took hours to prepare, record and upload. In the recent videos, once again she promotes her special and encourages people to book a reading. It’s all a money grab. It might only cost from $5- $25 for an average reading or chart analysis from her, but, I’m sure she pulls in 100s of readings, that sits nice amounts of money in her PayPal account for her convenience, while people are wondering where their promised reading are?

It’s been about three weeks and now I have PayPal involved in getting my money back. Paypal can’t even get a response from her thus far. So, my conclusion is that there is more to the Earthie Indigo persona, that is strategically being portrayed on Youtube. I believe there are deeper issues going on with Earthie that may involve some personal, psychological and financial issues that she hides behind the sweet, gracious and innocent charade. Beware of Youtube personalities, because it’s just one of their personalities that they use to get your money. But, I guess you get what you pay for. Crackhead pricing, get’s you crackheaded service.
