East Coast Macs Zachary Bender Shipped defective computer. Refused to issue credit after computer returned. Internet
I am a Specialist in the US Army, on deployment in Afghanistan. I purchased a laptop from East Coast Macs thru Amazon and had it shipped to my girlfriend as a gift. It quit working the second day she had it. I contacted the seller via Amazon and was given return instructions. The box was returned unfortunately "left at the front door" and supposedly the company moved conveniently that same week. Now Zachary will not reply to my emails or phone calls so I am basically out over $700.00 for nothing.
