I ordered a 'special package' of 50 'assorted colors' including colors of; red, blue, white, green, yellow, orange, pink. I was sent a box with another sealed foil package inside containing the glow sticks. Of course, in order to see if glow sticks were right colors, size and number i ordered, i had to OPEN the package to see. When i realized i did not receive all the colors advertised on the website, and some sticks were strange colors like they had already been 'spent', and found that to be true later.
I wrote George telling him i had incomplete order and asked him if i could return order to get the colors i really wanted? His reply was..."you already opened the package, therefore i cannot accept a return order'. WEll...duh!..who is going to get an order without OPENING IT to see if what you want is in the package???
When he wouldnt respond by correcting this order, i wrote and told him i was filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. I have heard no more from him since.
Wish I would have checked his company name online before i placed my order, as that is when i found a RIP OFF REPORT on him and his 'company'.
