Eaton Gourp Attorneys LLC they took a private student loan that has been discharged in bankruptcy and decided to sue me to get money Baton Rouge Louisiana
I have a private student loan that was paid off through bankruptcy issued by Chase, and they have bought the loan from National Collegiate Student Loan Trust and decided to sue me for the money. On my credit report it says that this loan was paid off and they are still trying to sue me for the money. They were sent letters from my attorney and still decided to try to sue me. I have no money to give them and we thought our attorney would be able to stop them, but they are scammers, thieves and do not care about anyone. I have no money to give them I am totally broke. But they do not care about anyone, all they care about is money.
