Ebay-DAVID SHELLENBARGER..I bought a german doll 7-28-04..Payed by PayPal 7-29-04.The owner of the doll is David Shellenbarger aka dshell67...his address is 932 jackson st Danville MI 48819...His email is [email protected] received no doll and he refused to answer my emails.I went into my feedback for him and basically begged him to email me and let me know what was going on.he finally emailed me and said his computer had been down[yet he was selling and writing feedback for other people he was selling to]he said he had just mailed the doll and that i would receive it shortly.STILL NO DOLL!!!And again he refuses to answer my emails.I want him to return my money to me.I work hard for my money,not to give it away to some lying pr***.Thank you very much Stefanie

thank you very much ripped off for your site!!!yes i contacted ebay,and paypal both just got the runna round.a couple weeks after putting this on ripped off, mr.shellenbarger kindly refunded my money back to me .i am very very happy about getting my money back.AGAIN THANK YOU RIPPED OFF!!!!!!STEFANIE

Just curious if you have brought this up with eBay. They offer buyer protection with some items, not sure if all are covered, which is why I say check with them). Also, if you paid with a credit card through Paypal, they also offer buyer protection, but you need to contact them ASAP. Either way, contact eBay and Paypal (if you used paypal) If you paid with a money order, or western union, you are most likely, out of luck.
