On May 19, 2017, I purchased an RV through a listing on Ebay Motors. It's been nearly 7 months and I still don't have a legal title. As I found out in time, the RV was sold with a lien on it of over $2000.00 which Auction Insurance and Next Gear Capital covered. But the California title is missing. In the meantime, the RV is sitting in storage because it's not legal to be on the road. I DO NOT WANT THIS RV. It has been nightmarish. I have told everyone repeatedly that I demand a return of the RV to them and a refund. This whole scenario can't be legal, can it?

I filled this form out in July, 2017. It was notarized July 18, 2017. I've attempted to have this honored as this deal has been very unsatisfactory. I've been ignored. I faxed copies to various recipients. I'm out $10,700.00 with no legal vehicle to show for it, after nearly 7 months from the purchase date.
