Ebay is PURE EVIL, there is absolutley no other way to put this.
I signed up an ebay account in the year 2001, had over 39 positive feedbacks, and never ever did not pay for an item, or otherwise "break the rules" All of a sudden on June 27th, 2004, ebay sends an email stating my account was suspended due to violation of regulation # 9.
They CLAIM that I am the same person who owned another account that was suspended for non pay bid warnings ( 3 strikes on it , its bye bye account) . What gets me is I have had this happen to me with PAYPAL,which is a whole other terrorizing story. (not surprising, EBAY OWNS PAYPAL).
Anyway ,the account they referred to was opened 2 years after mine and was my father's account. Now, since he decided to name me after him, I lost my ebay account. My emails fall upon blind eyes, and in fact, because I was so furious, I emailed them like 60 times and they had AOL suspend my account. AOL is just as stupid, to continue on the ebay saga. Not only were the 2 accounts I owned suspended but MY own sons account too. Yes, its my fault I gave him my name too:( we have differnt credit info and ss#'s but that is not verification for ebay, no sir, after all there low paying, IQ deprived customer people are always right, sure !!!
Anyway, after being laid off, I decided to buy some items and start selling, now I have stuff I cannot sell, loss of income, defialing of my name all over to the sellers and buyers bidding on my items, and I cannot get an intelligent person to think for 10 seconds to fix this mess. Bottom line EBAY SUCKS
