I dumped my account at Ebay, several years ago, because of being cheated:

Among many things I bought, being one of worse things to happen, I bought a used Fujitsu for $320 from someone in Thailand, yet after it clears paypal, they send me the email to request my money back. They only gave me $200, when I called them on the phone, the promise I would get it, then a a few months went by again, I called and they looked at my records, promised again I would get it later, then a year went by and denied everything when I called.

Now trying to register (restart) at Ebay, I find pranks, as I register, it needs a User ID, it suggests one I avoid it, I pick one unused, I find an unused one it accepts (writes unused) yet later changes it as I click submit, then refuses me. This time it needs a User ID, I pick what it suggest, then it refuses my email address, make up one "you can change it later", therefore I make it unreal, when I click Submit, it accepts everything - will send it to my fake address.

When I registered the first time it accepted my email address, the problem was not my email address, it was the USER ID. then I fixed it, it accepted my USER ID, yet flashed quickly a different USER ID. when I entered SUBMIT and had to restart.

I found to get anything done, I must restart the whole thing over, it refused my EMAIL ADDRESS this time, it wrote already known, yet expected a different email address.

It wrote you can change your email address later, its not true, I can not. Today I finally found the place where I should be able to restore my real email address. It will deny me every chance of fixing the problem. From what I hope my pictures will show.

Yes, your right, understanding is better than guessing or misunderstanding.

I bought a used Fujitsu for $320 from someone in Thailand, yet after it clears paypal, they send me the email to request my money back.

You paid $320 for a used camera, and you paid it via paypal. Then who sent you an email? And how could "they" request your money back when you "paid" them???

A fujistu Lifebook B6210 Notebook Computer, is the Fujitsu.

Paypal and Ebay sent the email - to prove this fact, they sent me a duplicate email known only by them, that is found when I login to Ebay. Telling me to not accept shipment, and because I paid with Paypal, I would receive without exception, therefore "full payment of all money spent."

as I register, it needs a User ID, it suggests one I avoid it, I pick one unused, I find an unused one it accepts (writes unused) yet later changes it as I click submit, then refuses
me

Could you please write it down step by step? From my understanding, you entered a user ID that you made up. Then you changed it before you click submit. Did you check that the modified user ID is also unused? If the system refused to accept your "modified" user ID which is not the one you checked for unused, it is likely that it has already been used.

I quote me:"Now trying to register (restart) at Ebay, I find pranks, as I register, it needs a User ID, it suggests one I avoid it, I pick one unused, I find an unused one it accepts (writes unused) yet later changes it as I click submit, then refuses me."

I fill out all the information, yesterday, to place where its to be placed. I do not remember if it refused my Email Address, yet when I arrive at User ID, User ID box is in red, not explaining its been used, then not getting past this spot, I experiment with a different User ID, until it explains its accepted - with my choice, it suggest some, yet finally it did write "unused" in black print appeared, with what I picked. Then moved along to prepare to click Submit, then after click Submit, it flashed a different User ID, then had to start over.

I quote me: "This time it needs a User ID, I pick what it suggest, then it refuses my email address, make up one "you can change it later", therefore I make it unreal, when I click Submit, it accepts everything - will send it to my fake address."

This time when it picks something for User ID, I pick what it suggested, yet after I start over, the red box is at Email Address - about being used and change to something else, and writes you can change it later, I create one, not real to comply. I click Submit, it accept everything, writes it will send to that email address. I found no place in Accounts after login, at Ebay, to change the email address.

Your report is very confusing. I am not sure who is who.

I bought a used Fujitsu for $320 from someone in Thailand, yet after it clears paypal, they send me the email to request my money back.

You paid $320 for a used camera, and you paid it via paypal. Then who sent you an email? And how could "they" request your money back when you "paid" them???

as I register, it needs a User ID, it suggests one I avoid it, I pick one unused, I find an unused one it accepts (writes unused) yet later changes it as I click submit, then refuses me

Could you please write it down step by step? From my understanding, you entered a user ID that you made up. Then you changed it before you click submit. Did you check that the modified user ID is also unused? If the system refused to accept your "modified" user ID which is not the one you checked for unused, it is likely that it has already been used.

I pick what it suggest, then it refuses my email address, make up one "you can change it later", therefore I make it unreal, when I click Submit, it accepts everything - will send it to my fake address

Now, you picked an unused user ID but attempted to use your email address. Did you use this email address to registered with them before? I mean the old account you "dumped" long time ago? If so, your email address is no longer good because you are allow to have only 1 account per person. An account is tied to an email address. Also, there is nothing wrong with the system that sends an email to the email you "entered" at the registration. It is a verification that you "own" the email address and you should; otherwise, you would not use the email to register.
