Update: 06-02-04 The New York Attorney General's Office sent me a letter (snail mail) letting me know they are investigating the Fraud Complaint. The wheels of Justice may yet put these crooks behind bars and I still will attempt getting the rest of the money owed me. Man Tang and Simon Tang, your stinking days are numbered! Theives! You had a chance to either efund, or send the item (to me and all the other victims) Now both the money and jail await your Arses! And kiss your Corporate License goodbye! Oh yeah, I hope the IRS grabs your arse too! If you are illegals, it's back to wherever you came from too!

Update: eBay has settled my Insurance Claim. They will pay me $75.00 on my $113.00 LOSS! Here is a small quote I have taken from the letter (mind you this is from a multi-billion dollar corporation, and I also have a suspicion that they were warned of the fraud, before they took action, but only took action after monies were paid in his last "Dutch Auction Fraud SCAM" : Here is is a sentence in the claim letter from eBay: "We are sorry that you have had this difficult experience and hope that the Fraud Protection Program has helped to alleviate some of the disappointment." By the way, they wil send my money to me via PayPal. (Dealing with the devil till I get my cash). The THEIVES: EC Computers Inc. - Man Tang And Simon Tang - Brooklyn, New York ! Are AT Large! And to my knowledge they are running free with al the money they stole in this ** eBay, PayPal, FRAUD, Theft, SWINDLE, Mail Fraud, Internet FRAUD Fraud across state lines! Larceny! Conspiracy! ** Not one of the agencies notified has said a word on the filed complaints!

Filling out more forms and waiting MADNESS ! Even though I aggressively and bitterly, and very angrily put up with PayPal timelines and deadlines, I got nowhere, and eBay (which owns PayPal had me wait the 10 days, and then I filed the claim with them and the Fraud (the same which I desperately tried to communicate with them back in March 2004, and put the claim in for the buyer protection money. You guessed it! eBay wants to make me wait 45 more days while they dance and waste time! What are they going to do that hasn't already been done? Maybe everything they refused to do to begin with! I can't believe they are actually going to ask a 'CROOK' to 'please' either refund my money or send the item??!! How about one of these MORONIC agencies actually go drag the CROOKS off to jail! No Justice, No Peace! hey you MORONS at eBay, PayPal, and Government agencies, how about doing your damned jobs! This crime is now in week Six! !

I sent an e-mail to Verizon ( a couple weeks ago), telling them how EC Computers is/was Defrauding people (on eBay), they used a Verizon Email address to De-Fraud many people over the last Month. The Email is stil in Operation. verizon took no action to shut down the Theif's Email. Maybe it's possible they have no yet got a court order to do so. But I am angry they have not yet acted. All the Local and Federal Law Enforcement agenicies have been notified, Yet, Verizon, the Theif's Email service is stil operation. How do I know, because: It still accepts Email without it kicking it back! In the middle of thr Fraud and Scam, the crooks Email filled up once and it was full. Obviously, the crook must have gooten the Email because it accepted the Email after he read it from his inbox. Again, the crooks have refused to contact and talk to any and all of the crooks he ripped off on eBay. Verizon.net SHAME on YOU! YOur customer is getting very close to be charged with lots and lots of crimes. Heavy cromes. Yet, you let the crook keep using the service he used to De_Fraud all of us Victims!

I have also sent a Fraud complaint to: United States Post Office Mail Fraud https://www.usps.com/postalinspectors/fraud/MailFraudComplaint.htm ------------- Since there are many other victims, we have started to join up, and work as a team to get justice! This was a Dutch auction, and there are 11 Bidders who paid and got nothing! Also, it appears that through the feedback of this auction on eBay, this Seller has also other complaints of non-delivery, they happened only a few very short days before Seller disappeared. Will update with news, when anything significant happens.
