eccoshoesfashion.com is a con and big Rip Off!
i ordered a pair of Ecco trainers and paid £90 plus £12.69 postage. But I received a pair of very cheap trainers made by an unknown company. When I contacted Ecco Shoes Fashion to complain I was told they had made a mistake in my order and I should just keep the wrong trainers (horrible things!) and I would receive 40% discount on my next order! As if I would ever want anything else from this shower of chancers!
i have insisted that either I receive the correct trainers or a full refund of £102.69. I also said I would return the wrong trainers if I am sent a voucher for postage.
i have heard nothing more from the eccoshoesfashion.com and will now have to raise a dispute through my MasterCard provider to try to recoup my money.
Do NOT USE the eccoshoesfashion website. It looks the real deal and trades on the Ecco name and trademark but you will lose your money and have endless hassle dealing by email with non English speaking "contacts" in Hong Kong! Avoid these cheating shysters. It is a disgraceful con.
ECCO needs to get eccoshoesfashion sorted out now before further damage to the Ecco name and reputation.
