EcoCreto LLC And Roland Gonzalez Sold a product that did not work to EcoCreto spcecifications Austin Texas
We bought EcoCreto product for our project. The company was out during installation. The product failed and EcoCreto will not warranty the product.
We decided that it would be great to be environmently friendly on our new parking lot. We found EcoCreto and were very impressed with the product. They didn't have an installer in the area so they recommended that our masonry contractor gets certified and does the job. We paid Roland (EcoCreto ) to come and do the job and certify the contractor while he was out here. Roland was on site managing the whole job. 2 weeks after the job was complete we noticed that there was alot of loose gravel. I called Roland and he said it was normal and will stop. The situation kept on getting worse and worse, so I called Rolland again. Rolland said that he is going to be doing a job in Malibu in the next couple of months and he will stop by and check our job, that never happend. 6 months later I called Roland again and there was no answer so I tried to email him. No response so I called over and over again. Finally I got him on the phone and he said "I am not running away just been really busy, let me talk to GL(the contractor in Santa Monica) and I will get back to you. Still no response till this day. We had a slip and fall due to the loose gravel and decided to tear out the product. We were told that this product would work great on a parking lot! the product started to fall apart before any cars parked on it. This product is the biggest Ripoff ever!!!!!
