Ectaco, Inc Lingvobit-Astoria, Lingvobit- Bringhton, Lingvobit-Chicago GEEK SQUAD COULD NOT MAKE THIS SOFTWARE TRANSLATE IF MATERIAL IS EXPORTED OR CUT AND PASTE FROM THE BODY OF AN EMAIL, IT IS WORTLESS! ! ! Long Island New York
Bough the LingvoSoft Spanish-English Professional Suite. Much of my work comes as part of the e-mail text. Took the Ectaco software to be downloaded by the Geek Squad at Best Buy, after so many tries, these professionals told me that material from an e-mail is not able to be exported or cut/paste to the software window, as the software does not accept it. I have send all the information to Kate Ashley at Ectaco. Ectaco is not refunding my $100.00 nor are willing to fix this situation. Communicating has been absurd, as they answer any correspondence weeks later.
After dealing with this company for three months, I am tired of trying to get my money back, hope this helps!
