Very poor customer service. They had an item that was out of stock and would not be delivered for several months. I had to call and find out that information. Then I canceled the order and they never refunded my purchase. I had to file a dispute with Amex. When I asked to speak with the accounting department Ronald said he could not give me that information. Seems like a very untrustworthy company - be careful.
