I ordered from this site because it was the cheapest. I ordered matchbooks and favor boxes with matching heart designs and both in ivory. I received my ordered promptly, but the two items were different colors. The matchbooks were ivory, but the favor boxes were yellow.

I did the live chat with Kate. She told me to send a picture of the two products. I emailed a photo of the two and a photo of the boxes as displayed on the website. A week later, I still had not gotten a response. I emailed again. In the response, I was thanked for my inquiry. So I again sent the email that I had sent the week before. Their reply was that my information was being forwarded to the Concern Department.

This is the email respnse that I got from the Concern Department a week later. "We apologize for any inconvenience. Manufacturer might make slight variations to product from time to time. This would be the shade/style of this item we currently carry. Each batch is manufactured separately, slight variations may occur. We can offer you 10% partial rebate for the inconvenience caused."

I responded to this email by saying that their website should reflect any "slight variations" in shade/style. Their response was, "Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us. We have already refunded you. Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions."

It makes me sick that these people describe how excellent their customer service is in the "About Us" section on the website. From all of this, I learned to google a web company before purchasing from them.

I filed a complaint with The Better Business Bureau. The BBB contacted an Efavormart representative. After some emailing back and forth, the rep agreed to refund all of my money minus shipping. Filing a complaint about a company with the BBB helps greatly. The company does not want their BBB rating to go down, so they will be more likely to fix the situation. Stay away from Efavormart.com!!!! Sherri
