I filed a complaint with The Better Business Bureau. The BBB contacted an Efavormart representative. After some emailing back and forth, the rep agreed to refund all of my money minus shipping. Filing a complaint about a company with the BBB helps greatly. The company does not want their BBB rating to go down, so they will be more likely to fix the situation. Stay away from Efavormart.com!!!! Sherri
