I purchased a Motorola HX1 Endeavor Bluetooth Wireless Headset from eglobal wireless on 4/03/2010. The website shows that I would be ordering a new Motorola HX1 Endeavor Bluetooth Wireless Headset.
I requested a refund on 4/08/2010 and paid return shipping. They claim to have sent a replacement (which i did not ask for), but i'm not going to be at home to refuse it. They are listed on a few website as fraudulent which are listed below:

I sent the original one back. This fraudulent company claims to have sent another headset. All of my emails request a refund. I did not ask for a replacement. I was not at home when they claim that a replacement was sent. Nothing was in the box. I just wanted a refund. Look up the company I believe that it is their policy to delay refunds.

Please Refund My Money! Ad shows new but the item has earwax in
the earpiece. The earpiece wont pair or showup on my phone. Its not my
droid because I have other bluetooth devices that work.
If necessary I can call my credit card company and get a refund. I
await your response.
