2. caused major home structural damage to wall supports
3. left behind enormous messes including trash, dust everywhere, and broken floor tiles.
This cost a small fortune, and we have plenty of pictures and witnesses. We are organizing an affidavid of facts for recovery of costs and damages, for state inspectors and lawyers.
Repair and rebuilding in ongoing, costing a large fortune.
How does such a con artist get a license?
