Elianto Tanning, Inc. Elianto Tanning advertised a Valentines Day special advertisement in front of their store, so my husband thought he'd surprise me with a tanning package good for 2 months (60 days). i used the first austintown, Ohio
My husband thought it would be nice to buy a tanning package for me for Valentines day this year, so when he saw an ad for Valentines Day specials outside Elianto Tanning, he stopped to buy one. He purchased a gift certificate that costed $58.38, and the person who sold it to him even wrote on the certificate, "2 months". I redeemed the certificate, and was also told that i had unlimited tanning for 60 days from the date i redeemed the certificate. so, i started tanning. i went in on the second month thinking i had another month to get some tans in... then, the girl asks me if i'm there to buy another package, and i told her about the 2 month certificate, and they changed their story and told me i he only bought a 5 week package. we went round and round. they claimed to not have a 2 month package, blah, blah, blah... excuses... ultimately, even aftr talking with the owner, she claimed that she did not have a copy or the original of the certificate ( that's a good way to run a business--- to throw away documents that customers can dispute). That was really convenient for her. Of course, i should have made my own copy, and will from here on out... for everything! Anyway, she refused to resolve the matter.
So, in conclusion, know that they are way overpriced to begin with, and chances are... you can get ripped off as well, because they won't give you what you paid for... My husband would NEVER have paid $58.38 for one month of tanning. That's inane!
