This is just another in the Lee J Schneider daisy chain of Loan modification scams. Elias Sakalis is just the newest down on his luck attorney that Schneider is using as a front man for his loan modification schemes.
How these guys are not in jail yet is beyond me. No telling how many more people will loose their homes while waiting for Sakalis and Schneider to modifiy their loan which will never happen.
In another few months their will be another name for this scam outfit with another down and out lawyer looking to make a quick buck.

I am Elias Sakalis, Esq. I am an attorney in New York and one of my main areas of practice is Foreclosure Defense. Unfortunately, the Lenders have made this process incredibly time consuming, inefficient and expense with their blatant ineptitude.
The clients who hire me receive services from me, they sign a detailed Retainer Agreement that complies with all applicable laws and I charge them reasonable flat fees for services wherein most attorneys in New York charge hourly rates that can be quite extensive.
I have no direct or indirect affiliation with any other individuals and the company that was open at the West Babylon address affiliated with Mr. Schneider was a completely separate company. As far as losing their homes, I do all I can to protect my clients and the fact is if they lose their homes, it is due to one fact, namely they are overdue on their Mortgage payments and the Lenders foreclose.
I make no guarantees and despite what the Lenders claim, they are not at all interested in helping their customers and will do all they can to foreclose and take the property away from the homeowners. Thank you.
