Elite Business Finance was founded on 4/24/13. Website: http://www.elitebfinance.com/. Franklin Clark Wright is the owner of Elite Business Finance is relatives (brother) with Charles Wright who is the former CEO of Premier Capital LLC. Premier Capital was a business/leasing loan company that was a complete scam/fraud. Elite Business Finance is the same exact concept. Elite Business Finance phone number (385) 222-7744_ goes to the same loop recording system that Premier Capital LLC's phone number ( (801) 942-3600) went to. You will never get a hold of anyone. Check it out for yourself. They shut down Premier Capital due to all the complaints and police investigations and now they are operating under Elite Business Finance. They will tell you they do not give out cell phone nunbers and to trust them. These guys will steal your money and tell you they will deposit a secure loan in your account within 1-2 business days. Once they collect your payment they will not return phone calls or emails and will not return your money. Please do not do business with these thieves. Premier Capital LLC has over 30 BBB complaints so they changed their name and are operating under Elite Business Finance. Their phone number goes to the same loop recording system. If they contact you please contact the Holladay, Utah Police Department and file a FRAUD/ Scam Report: 801-272-9450 or fill out this FBI Report: https://complaint.ic3.gov/default.aspx?. According to the United States Federal Consumer Protection Agency and the Federal Trade Comission, no loan company should require any upfront money or any initial deposits.

My business was "Approved" for a lease/load with this company and paid them the first first monthy payment of $1221 plus a processing fee of $995 which was suppose to be funded within 48 hours.
Some problems came up and the loan did not fund as planned, Elite tried some other oprions but ultimately we had to go with another lendor.
Elite initially refunded the $1221, and eventually refunded the $995 also.
While it was unfortunate that the load did not go though as planned, I do not see how this company could be classified as a "rip off".

This report about Elite Business Finance is completeley false. We are not affiliated with Premier Capital in any way. We DO NOT steal any money, and we DO NOT avoid any calls made to our company. If you call our phone #, it is NOT looped in with any other company.
We have never even done business with this person who filed this report (Massoud Nadjmabadi), and for him to smear my name and company because of a bad experience he had with another company is completely unfair because I have the same last name. Massoud Madjimabadi is a person who apparently had a bad experience with Premier Capital and jumped to false conclusions and made false accusations about Elite Business Finance when he has never done business with us, and was never our customer. If he has issues with Premier Capital then that is fine, but for him to drag us into his issue with them and smear our name online, is completely unfair and his accusations are completely untrue.
Elite Business Finance is not a company that was started to hide from anything, and was not started to change the name from Premier Capital because of complaints or investigations like Massoud claims. That is completely FALSE!! Charles Wright does not even work here. We have many many happy customers that we have obtained financing for and we are definitely not a scam. I cannot believe Massoud Nadjmabadi would smear my name, and my company name without even knowing what he is talking about, or without ever even talking to me or doing business with my company. He is obviously a very unreasonable, and unfair person, not caring who he hurts by making false accusations without any sort of knowledge or proof of what is making accusations about. It's too bad there are people out there like this with no regard for others.
Unfortunately a lot of business owners I have talked with have run across these types of people at some point and understand there is not much you can do if someone is going to make false accusations about you and post them online with the intent to hurt you and your business. I hope one day that Massoud doesn't become a victim of someone like himself trying to smear his company, because maybe then he will know how it feels and he will stop. I have done nothing to wrong him or anyone else.
