Complaint Review: Elizabeth Urena de Checo - FREEPORT Internet

Im Jays wife.  I
just would like to add that everything is this report is truth. I was with him
all this time and saw haw my husband was suffering from Elizabeth Urena de
Checo.   She  emotionally and mentally abused him and its
all about his money. Jay is very kind and nice person. He believed and trusted to
her, but Elizabeth Urena de Checo took advantage of him. Her plan was to get  his money.  All she care about money. She was fooling him for
a long time. I saw how Jay was emotionally distorted for many months by this
woman. She was making him come to her office every day three times a day for
nothing, just to say come back tomorrow for the result. She had the gall to
leave him sitting in her office and wait for her to say come back tomorrow
again for nothing. She didnt want to call him and cancel appointment by the
phone, she wanted him to miss his work, come to her office, wait  in the hall for 2 hours to say I dont have
any news for you, come back in 2 hours and you will get your papers 100%, and
of cause he was coming back to her office in 2 hours and again no result and
that was for many months. I couldnt see him suffering like that.  Elizabeth Urena just enjoyed to abuse him
emotionally and mentally.  She tried to
mess with his mind and tried to make him crazy I guess. Every day he was upset
and depressed because this woman was lying and fooling  him again and again. He couldnt concentrate
at work, he had a heart problem because of this woman.  She lied to him constantly. Jay  didnt know in this time that he will never
get any result till Elizabeth Urena release the money from escrow account to
his ex wife. She lied to him that she gave the check to his ex wife long time
ago in October 2010  when the court
ordered to Elizabeth Urena de Checho release the money. Now March 2011, and
Elizabeth Urena still having Jays money and still fooling everybody. I dont
understand how she can get away from everything. I had an unpleasant experience
to meet this woman after she abused my husband so many times. The moment I saw
this woman I knew that she is very dishonest person. She lied to me too. I
cant believe that lawyers can lies, steal and abuse his own clients. That is
very upsetting. I guess that she had never learned any morals that people are
not allowed  lies, still and abuse. She
think just because she is a lawyer she can do whatever she want to do and she
feels power and control over the people. She is mistaking.

I HAD HIRED MS. R.ELIZABETH URENA DE CHECHO TO HANDLE MY DIVORCE MATTER

BACK IN THREE YEARS AGO. SHE HAD HELD $45,000 ON TO THE ESCROW OF THE

SALE ON MY RESIDENCE, SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO PAY MY EX-WIFE FINAL SETTLEMENT

PAYMENT AND COMPLETE THE DIVORCE. MONTHS HAVE PASSED, CHECKS HAVE BEEN

BOUNCED, AND I HAVE BEEN LIED TO ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS ON WHERE THE

MONEY IS, WHEN IT'S GOING TO BE PAID AND HOW IT WAS TO BE DISTRIBUTED. SHE ALSO LIED TO THE COURT, TO LAWYER OF MY EX WIFE AND TO MY NEW LAWYER SO MANY TIMES AND FOOLING EVERYBODY. I WAS FORCED TO HIRE THE NEW LAWYER TO FIND OUT WHERE IS THE MONEY.

BESIDE THAT SHE OVERCHARGED ME, MANIPULATED ME AND ABUSED ME. 

Elizabeth Urena de Chero very dishonest person and make me a lots of

harm. She didn’t deserve to be a lawyer and represent the law.
