They call and tell you they will guaranteed your listing position in Yahoo and submit you to all the other search engines. She promised results in 10 days. I checked in 10 days as there were no change in my listing position.

With a 30 day money back promise, you think you have nothing to lose. Only they don't return phone calls or email once they've charged your credit card. They don't follow up, they just clam up. Kristy Greenwood did answer the phone by accident when I called to get my money back. She said she would do some research and get back to me. 3 emails and 8 phone calls later, she never got back to me. phone goes directly to voice mail.

My experience has proved that elocals "customer service department" on 800-285-0484 is non existant, unless you want a machine to take a message. I left many messages and I am still waiting on a call back. No point emailing them either, because no one bothers to reply to those too? Just try and phone this number for yourself..
