Roughly around September 6th i started a small ad campaign to better my online business. Being on a very small budget i decided to use this company for this purpose have had the following bad experience.
After starting my campaign, i needed to update my AD which they propmptly replied on how to do. After the AD was completed, they sent it out 9/8/10. I monitored my clicks and found that for my request of geological location of USA only, i was getting clicks from around the world rather then just USA as requested.

This isn't about bad advertising or no clicks. i'm greatful that i have gotten clicks, but the fact is, i can't proove that all 300,000 emails made it to USA emails. i paid only $49 for the service, but when you pay for something no matter how large or small the sum, you expect what you pay for.
they do have a terms and conditions you agree to by using their services, but i don't see how they can reasonably justify not sending to the properly requested geological location.
i'm just looking to make sure that others don't make this mistake and if at all possible have my $49 back.
