Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I signed up for the IncentiveRewardCenter's free 40gb iPod offer a month ago or so and have since completed all six of the required offers.

Four of my six offers have appeared on my status screen but two offers (one for a credit card which I have already received/activated/used and paid the bill for) and my AOL signup were never credited to my account. I have emailed their "Customer Service" twice but never receive a reply (I have been going through my yahoo bulk folder by hand for an entire month just so I don't accidentally delete their response). I will be calling them tomorrow although I expect I will only get to leave some voicemail to complain.

I don't see what more I can do to prove that I completed the offers. It deffinitely seems like they intentionally do not credit certain offers such that you cannot possibly complete the requirements within the 90 days from signup that they give you. Their lack of contact information really limits your options when trying to resolve issues like this. My only hope is that I have seen a few of these complaints end in people getting the promised offer.

Incentiverewardcenter-eMarketResearch CAME THROUGH! iPod Received as advertised

#2Author of original report

Ok, so the whole process took almost three months, multiple postings to this website (without which I wouldn't have had the phone number to complain to these guys) and many phone calls and faxes to Eddie and Tina but I got my iPod today and I can tell you everything is as advertised. It is brand new, 40 gig 4G iPod delivered by FedEx this morning. All I can say is that this company is not a scam. As others have posted, they seem to just be overwhelmed with responses and aren't able to keep up with all the requests they have. In anycase, I suspect that it was my constant contact with them and anoying them that made it happen for me (as the iPod shipped the day I called them to complain for the 3rd time) so it looks like that is the way to get somewhere with them... stay on their radar screen and dont let them forget about you. In anycase I'd like to thank Rip-off Report.com for helping me resolve all this! Thanks! Alex

Called IncentiveRewardCenter for an Update, iPod is SHIPPING! - IncentiveRewardCenter-eMarketResearch DelRey Beach, FL

Well it's been a month since Eddie said they were going to issue a shipping request and nothing had been updated on my status page in all that time (Still shows 5 out of 6 offers completed, the AOL offer was never credited). I decided to give them another call to ask what was going on. I left them a message and I got a call this morning (the next day) from Tina who asked if I had a pen and paper because she wanted to give me a tracking number! Needless to say I was very surprised but I happily took down the number and went to track the package. It should be here on the 8th of February! I should note that interestingly FedEx shows that the item shipped today so either i have REALLY good timing with my phone call, or it was the phone call itself that prompted the gift to be shipped out. In anycase, I will post when I have the iPod in my hands and can verify that it is a brand new 4G 40gig iPod. Things are certainly looking up however!

IT CAME!!

Hey!! This is Mike, I posted up above about not receiving mine yet. My iPod came about 10 minutes ago! I wanted to post here right after I got it. It came in a new, sealed box with everything in it. Fantastic! The company may have problems, but it's no scam! They're young and have had trouble fulfulling all of the requests (thousands a day, literally, from what another post said). But it's true! Hang in there, and keep pestering them until they fix their mistakes :)

So after my good experience with Eddie and the faxing of my confirmations I see now that they have added the credit card to the list of completed offers. I am still waiting for them to add the aol offer which I completed and confirmed with them by faxing my cancellation confirmation letter. The e-mail that I was sent claimed everything was ready to go and that they were waiving the voucher and issuing a shipping request but so far I do not see this reflected in their system online. This has me a bit concerned so I placed another call to customer service this afternoon. Hopefully everything is ok.

I had no problems completing the requirements. In late november, I signed up for all of the offers within roughly 24 hours of eachother, and within 3-4 more days, I had received credit and mailed in my voucher. A week later, it said that they received my voucher, a shipping request had been made, and that my iPod was on its way.. yay! A week later my status page said they haven't received my voucher and gave me the link again. I called the # mentioned on several posts here and received a phone call the next day. He said that he put a notice on my account that the voucher wasn't necessary and that they would ship it as soon as they processed my account, even if they hadn't processed the voucher yet. Whatever, it sounded good! Jan 8th.. still no iPod! I'm going to get in touch with them asap.. it has gone beyond the "within 4 weeks" since I mailed my voucher. I'm still waiting.. just like you.. but I'm going to be pretty persistent about it. Just keep calling! I called twice and received a response the next day both times!

Email received from IncentiveRewardCenter

#7Author of original report

Within a few hours of faxing in my paperwork, I received an email (signed by "Support") claiming that I was now qualified for the iPod. They go on to state that although I have not completed the Security Verification Process they will waive this requirement and issue a shipping request. The e-mail claims that I need to allow a few weeks to have the request assembled at the fulfillment center and shipping to me. While I'm satisfied by this response, I'm still a bit nervous about actually receiving the item. My status on the website has not yet updated and shows that my requirements have not been met. All I have to go on is this e-mail. Hopefully they just take some time to update the website. I have noticed that the website status check has changed and is now presented in a clearer to read format than before. This is a nice improvement overall and it seems like a sign these guys are doing something behind the scenes over in Florida. I will keep this report updated until I receive the iPod and I can rest easy.

Response received from IncentiveRewardCenter

#8Author of original report

Thu, January 06, 2005

Two days after leaving voicemail to the number I found in this forum I received a phone call from "Eddie" who was very polite and helpful and asked me to fax in additional paperwork to verify that I had indeed signed up for the credit card and AOL. The credit card was no problem as I had all the letters the card company sends with the cards to fax. For AOL I only had a cancellation letter as there was no confirmation e-mail when you signup (you just login to their website and start using it). I have now faxed these pieces of documentation to IncentiveRewardCenter and I will keep this report updated as I get feedback with the company. I feel a lot better just seeing them respond to my phone call after my two e-mails were ignored.
