I worked there for a week, they are disgusting, its an office in a basement they swear its dirty there's holes in the wall they don't train anyone, they lie to the customers, the boss there her name is Alicia she is just horrible she told me to blow one of the customers off, but the upper management is even worse, they didn't have money to pay there employees on there pay day. The customers files are on the floor sorry there not even files just papers every where. Don't do buisness with these liars and don't work for them cause you won't get paid!

 Im at a loss for words on the last comment defending emmediate credit solutions. I signed up approx 3 months ago. $250.00 later, the only thing i have to show for it is a pulled credit report. Ive talked with a case person three times and she has told me the exact same things three times. Nothing! Thats not the worst of it. Ive been trying to contact the company and have not been able to talk to a human in three days. So not only am I out the money, Ive wasted three months and my credit is no different. There are companies out there to help people with credit issues....emmediate credit solutions is NOT one of them!!! They will take your money and run. A word of advice, please do some research and do not get scammed like I did.

I am not sure who you even worked for during this time period. But I know for a fact these things you referenced are not true. I am currently a manager for this company and I have training once a week and teach my reps to treat the customer with the utmost respect. We always make sure the reps are paid and treat them with respect. I really can't believe someone put something like this on here but it sounds like it was just a disgruntled employee.
