To all those looking to get your credit repaired.... This is a fair warning to you all!! What I am about to do is give you an inside look at what Emmediate Credit Solutions/MycreditCompany.com does for their clients. What I am about to say is NOT speculation, these are all things that I know for a fact because I worked there for about 11 months. Emmediate Credit Solutions gets their leads from a company called FHAMortgage.org (no affiliation with the actual FHA) They then have a group of sales people start calling these leads, they instruct their salesman to make it sound as if you (the customer) have no other option but to do credit repair so that you can get a home loan. They say that they offer Disputes to the Credit Bureaus, Intent to sue letters, interventions with the creditors, a legal team working on your behalf (including attorneys and paralegals) and help with creditor inquires. When I started working for this company, I had no clue about credit repair. I was sold on the idea once I heard about it. I started as a salesman for the company. I sold for about 5 months. I then moved up in the company and moved to the second office where the "paralegals" are located. There are no actual paralegals that work for this company. In Utah you are not required to have a degree in order to call yourself a paralegal. Emmediate Credit Solutions will make it sound like they are a law firm but indeed they are not. There is a part owner in the company who is a lawyer, but he doesnt actually oversee any cases or even put his name on any of the work.   Now lets get on to what I found when I moved over to the "legal department"  I found that disputes had not been sent out for about 80% of the clients, I found that they were so backed up on things that they actually threw customers disputes in the trash bin outside. Mind you that these disputes have the customers full social and date of birth as well as name and full address on them. I found that no intervention with creditors had ever been done. and that intent to sue letters were also only used for about 1% of clients. This company will charge you anywhere from 50-399.00 for services but the truth is.... You would have more success doing these things on your own. Another thing that consumers may want to know is that the owner of the company is an ex con who used to run a business scamming people and promising to help them build a internet business. Things are no different with the credit repair company he is trying to run now..... You will be scammed out of your money and little if anything will be done for you. Look into doing credit repair on your own. It isnt hard, you just have to be patient. This company isnt worth your time, money or heartache.

I paid this company for a month or two and then I couldn't afford it so I asked for it to be cancelled. I never received any phone calls or notifications of any sort that action was and or had been taken toward my credit repair. Over looking some of my account because I had only checked the balance to make sure I had enough for what I needed I just today was emailed saying my account had been charged for this. Mind you the past two months I have received no sort of anything about my account being charged. The amount was one thing then jumped up almost 30 dollars and this month is the same as the first month. But again I asked for this to be cancelled. By saving grace the check I wrote has not been deposited yet so it's not going to over draft my account. I am filing disputes on all of these charges on my account as well. This is no way to conduct business I will also have my card cancelled so they cannot charge me again and if they do not refund my money I am going to Sue them. Its ridiculous. 300 dollars of my money for what? The have done nothing and only charged my account when they were no longer authorized to.

Just Love to Hear Trash from Fired Employees

#3UPDATE Employee ..inside information

Wed, July 30, 2014

I am gong to make this very short and sweet.

All the claims that this terminated employee states, I will try to address, and for the record, I am not a special person,  I am not affiliated with Mycreditcompany.com in any other way than being just an employee, not part owner, not friend, brother, partner,  just an employee that is very pleased with the efforts this company goes through to try and get peoples credit scores high enough that lenders, banks, and mortgage companies will speak with them.

It is 100% true and common sense, that if your credit score is not high enough (around 640) that you will not quilify for a mortgage or if by chance you do the interest rate will be so high that the home may not be affordable or the required down payment will be so high as to price a buyer out of the market.

We all know that when and employee is fired that they will do anything they can to make the former company look bad. This is a classic example. Someone that was terminated for not being able to perform a simple job of helping repair their credit to move toward qualifynig for a mortgage.

I can tell you, and would testify in court, that the accusations that this person is making on what work is performed, how it is performed, and wht the company does is totally false.

First, I want to address the slander against the owner. Hey, if it's true, which in honesty I can't say, as long as it wasn't for fraud, who really cares. Everyone desearves a seconed chance, and when people are young, they do make mistakes. We all know that there are many innecent people that are in jails and prisons. It's on the news all the time about judicial mistakes.

Mycreditcompany.com DOES do disputes, the most allowed each month under federal law and the Fair Credit Reporting Act which is 5 per Credit Bureaus for a total of 15 pre month.

This person states that he started as a Salesperson for the company and "moved up" to "a second office". FIRST, going from sales to customer service is NOT a step up or in anyway a permotion. It is the last step that the company does when someone is failing at their job and the company does it so that the individual does not become unemployed and wants to make sure they can still feed their families.

It is true in Utah that paralegals are not required to have a degree. That also means that every law office, law firm, lawyer, court room, and city goverment that employees paralegals ALSO have employees that do not have degrees. However, I do know that mycreditcompany.com does put it's paralegals through a multi-week training that is followed up with more training on the job from our corporate lawyer.

The lawyer is actually a Consumer Credit Lawyer with multiple degrees.

The lawyer (whether part owner or not - I'm not sure) DOES over see everything that goes on. On countless occasions and on a daily bases, I see him talking with both the customer service reps and the paralegals multiple times through out the day giving advice and answering questions and advising what is the best course of action for the companies client to take.

The claim that 80% of disputes of the clients are not sent is a flat out lie. Things are not thrown away. Each client has access to a "client portal (web page) where they can view each dispute that has been sent and the reply back from the Credit Bureaus.

REMEMBER, credit repair companies fall under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, can be audited at anytime, and because of federal law a client actually does even not get charged or actually pay until after the work has begun, which is when the first round of disputes are mailed.

I have no idea where this EX-EMPLOYEE that failed at his/her job get's their percentage rates other than from a magic hat. That information would be privildged information protected under federal privacy acts and not common knowledge to the company employees. Only the actuall lawyer would know numbers like that.

Interventions with creditors are done anytime they are required, letters of intent to sue follows they same line as interventions and are ONLY issued when required as a last resort when either a creditor or a credit bureaus do not respond to requests for verification as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Letters of "Intent to Sue" as used as a last resort. There are too many law suites already clogging up the court system, BUT they are used when needed.

The prices this individual quotes is also incorrect. The prices for "First Work (setting the cases up and the actual writing of the letters) are: $99, $149, and $199 (a one time fee). The reason for the difference in prices (and the same work is done regardless of the price) is to allow people with fixed incomes (seniors), veterans, and single parents with children the same opportunity to own a home and provide for their families. There is a monthly fee that is also a sliding fee for the same reason. They are $59, $69, and $79 per month with no type of contract and ge be terminated at anytime, or when the desired credit score is achieved. Again, this is also to provide the same opportunity for indiduals that have different financial needs to keep their family fed, or make sure they are able to keep a roof over their heads while looking for their dream home.

HOW MANY COMPANIES DO YOU KNOW OF THAT ARE "A RIP OFF" ACTUALLY CARE THAT AN INDIVIDUAL DOES NOT SUFFER HARD SHIPS WHILE WORKING TOWARD THE AMERICAN DREAM?

Again, I just love when an ex disgruntle employee goes off at the mouth about things they do not know.

Go ahead, look into repairing your credit on your own. Find out all that is involved, how long it takes, how much personal time you have to put into it yourself to keep on top of the credit bureaus, and you will find out just how little $59 per month (which is what the majority of our customers actually pay) is and how it saves a person time and stress.
