Back in November 28, 2016 I ordered and paid with CC christmas gifts for my wife from Emporium.com. Now it is December 28th 2016 and still have not received the items ordered. Contacted customer service. The girl hardly spoke and english and could not resolve my issue. Had no idea why items did not ship, had no idea what the items were, had no idea how much I spent. Would not give me corporate office telephone number. She did state a cancellation would be requested. When ask about giving me the cancellation confirmation number she could not do that either. So bascially I guess I am out all the money I spent.
