I just received a "Past-Due" bill from EMPORIUM for $478.76, noting I am currently 64 days past due for a product I never received. I tried to order a cell phone for my son for Christmas of 2016. Never got approved and never received a phone. I tried to call them today on the phone number that's on my letter they sent. I called 5:30 PM (EST), and got a voice mail saying they were closed for the day (they're 3 hrs behind so it was 2:30 PM (PAC). I left a voice mai with my "supposed" account number, past due amount and suggested they remove me immediately from their database.
If this shows up on my credit report, I'm not going to be to happy.
Something has to be done with this fraudulant, on-line store. It needs to be shut done ASAP as far as I'm concerned.
