Emporium.com & Pacific Credit Group fraudulently obtained my information when my identity was stolen and I have been trying to rectify the situation for many months. I reported the fraud to them in the beginning of January and their Customer Service and Fraud Department are useless. I have attempted to obtain a Fraud Packet multiple times, to no avail.

My phone is on Robo Call from collections several times a day, even though I never established an account with them and I proved in the first conversation with them that the items I supposedly ordered were delivered to an address in a totally different city than I have lived in!!

They do not do a credit check, because if they had they would have seen the Freeze on my account. I only became aware of the Fraudulent charges from the numerous phone calls!!

CALLED them again today and the Customer Service agent said that their were no notes on my File. SO FRUSTRATING!!!

The only correspondence I received was a letter from Emporium on 2/10/2017 saying that I did not complete the Fraud Packet in a timely manner so they were going to continue to call. I NEVER RECEIVED THE FRAUD PACKET, but they obviously have my correct address to send that letter!

Now I am going to Report them to the BBB and any other government agencies that I can!!!
