I placed an order on June 2nd for a desktop and monitor online, received a confirmation email that indicated that the item would be shipped in 3-5 days.  The order did not get processed until a week later on June 9th.  The order still had not shipped by June 15th. When I called I was told there was a 'glitch' in the system and I'd have to cancel and reorder. The item had doubled in price by this point but was promised they'd honor the original sale price.  I told them to go ahead and cancel it.  As of June 20th the order was still pending. I called again and was told there was a 'glitch' on the web site and that the order was canceled. As of June 25th the order still was not canceled, down payment was not refunded and the Item I had ordered was no longer in stock. I was told I could pick a different system and they'd give me 10% off. Every other system that was even comparable in specifications was more than double the original price, 10% wouldn't even cover the shipping. I called again. Spoke with a manager who restored the credit balance, but order it still 'pending' preventing any reorders.  I was told the best they would do was 20% off another system or I could wait until they got the item in stock again.. But that could be a few months (no date given)
